Windows Media Player 9 + 10 & 11 Plugin Please Note: The extent that you can control the files you are playing back has alot to do with which format the files has been encoded. ( Which we have no control over ) We have found that some video formats DON'T allow the rewind + fastforward & varispeed features to operate. This is a list of tested formats

To change the playback speed + release back ( auto backspace ) click on Options > Settings
In the Speed option you can use greater than 100% values
USB setup Win98SE/ME/Win2K/XP 1. Click on start button > Settings > Control Panel > Gaming Options
Click on Properties... (as above)
To Test > Press "Play" - the display will light Buttons 1 + 2 ( as above )
Press "Fast Forward" or ">>" - the display will light Button 2 ( as above )
Press "Rewind" or "<<" - the display will light Button 1 ( as above ) vPedal is now talking to windows Install Tip # 1: Please ensure that the vPedal Plugin is selected in WMP. To select click on > Tools > Plug-ins> ensure that the tick appears next to vPedal Plugin ( as per the image below )
Install Tip # 2: if you are using a USB version of a vPedal please ensure that "Galy USB Joystick" is selected in the Preferred device" option in the Advanced Settings. Install Tip # 3: Please only have the Galy USB joystick installed on your PC ( like the image below ). Having other joystick devices installed on your Pc can confuse the software causing the vPedal not to talk with the software.
Install Tip #5: YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST WMP9 INSTALLED FOR THIS APPLICATION / PLUGIN TO WORK
Version 6: If you want to have the vPlug.exe show in the task bar download this version after you have run the installer ( rename this file from vplug.exefile to vplug.exe replace the orginal file. Save in the install directory C:\Program Files\vPedal Media Player Plug-in\ Version 7: Compatible with WMP11 download this version after you have run the installer ( rename this file from vplug.exe11 to vplug.exe replace the orginal file.
