Instructions:

Inside "sa release.zip" there are 3 major things. there is the RMX SA.EXE file, and then there is a plugin for Winamp2, and a component for Winamp3. put the plugin / component in their respective winamp folders, and then just use the main SA.EXE to control either winamps.
